Offerings Descriptions

Engaging Lunch & Learns, Coaching Presentations, and Keynotes

Recharge with Resilience: In today's world, companies must equip their staff to navigate change and ambiguity, fostering a culture of growth and grit. Our science-based, interactive training establishes a robust foundation for enhanced resilience, agility, and adaptability. Participants will leave with a personal resilience assessment, strategies for mentoring resilience, and tools to approach crises with confidence and courage.

Boost Your Neuro-Creativity: Discover your leadership style and enhance cooperation and creativity. Navigating complex work challenges requires innovative thinking, a growth mindset, and a culture of continuous learning. Our behavioral, psychology-based training begins by identifying your thinking preferences, then challenges you to solve problems and lead in novel ways. You'll receive your thinking preference, insights on neuro-adaptability, and tools to elevate your social intelligence as a leader.

Be The Ball, Not The Egg: Change, stress, deadlines, and workplace challenges are inevitable, but suffering is optional. With the right skills and tools, you can bounce back from setbacks and even use stress to boost performance, becoming more resilient under pressure. This Lunch & Learn, proven effective with thousands of Army sergeants to enhance well-being and decrease suicide rates, includes cognitive skills for controlling thoughts about events, techniques for maintaining optimism in adversity, and strategies to prevent rumination and catastrophizing, fostering mental agility and easeful well-being.

Living On Purpose (and with meaning!): Employees juggling competing priorities and facing uncertainties need psychological resilience. This presentation offers practical tools for finding meaning and purpose, benefiting both individuals and those they lead. We'll discuss aligning personal values with work and home life, and strategies from Yale Business School research to transform jobs into careers or callings.

What’s Right With You: Why Strengths Matter for Higher Performance: Teams using their strengths daily report higher profits, well-being, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. Gallup studies reveal such teams are significantly more likely to have lower turnover, higher productivity, and superior customer satisfaction. Focusing on strengths daily vastly increases job engagement and overall life quality.

Cultivating Positive Emotions: Harnessing authentic positive emotion can propel individuals and teams forward significantly. This presentation shares scientific research on the positive-to-negative emotion ratio that fosters human flourishing and performance. Learn how individuals and organizations can achieve this ratio, creating engaged work environments and high performance.

Creating Thriving Relationships: Human capital stems from social connections. Up to 70% of organizational learning occurs through informal networks and interactions, making high-quality connections vital. This involves sharing positive news and celebrating achievements with employees.

Making Room For Achievement: The science of goal achievement underpins this workshop on goal setting and grit. Grit, as defined by Dr. Angela Duckworth, is passion and perseverance for long-term goals. This session presents a novel approach to achieving work and personal aspirations, sharing practical tools discovered in research on top performers from various fields.

The Mindfulness Habit- Increase Your Happiness & Vitality: Grounded in Positive Psychology research, the data on mindfulness meditation, especially, presents a compelling case for adopting it for well-being. Meditation, as highlighted by pioneer Sharon Salzberg, has a dosing effect, offering significant benefits even with brief daily practice.

Building Daily Mindful Habits - Small Moves, Big Impacts: This interactive presentation delves into the science of creating lasting habits. Participants will discover insights and techniques for integrating small daily actions that yield significant results, transforming stress and energy levels. The session includes a 20-minute mindful movement practice featuring yoga and guided meditation.

Food Glorious Food…Hacks and Habits for Your Health and Wellbeing: Rather than focusing on diets, this presentation emphasizes incorporating healthy habits for a better relationship with food. We explore hacks, debunk common misconceptions, and provide tips for making informed meal choices for improved energy and enjoyment.

Get Your Zzzz: Strategies For Your Best Night Sleep: Sleep is crucial for more than just surface-level recharging. This workshop examines our mindset around sleep and introduces the science and tools for regulating our circadian rhythm. Participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of their sleep relationship and a plan for restful nights.

Essential Oils For Health & Wellbeing: This interactive workshop, ideal for team building and holiday celebrations, includes an essential oils aromatherapy set. Staff will learn about the properties of oils, blending techniques, and receive handouts. The session includes ample time for Q&A (with Maggie Grant or Senior Flow teacher, 60-minute- custom pricing based on giveaways & presentation style).

Thank you so much again for taking the time to share some incredible insights on wellness with our group at Carr Properties on Tuesday! While I knew it would be just what we needed, the positive response I’ve heard from all different members of the organization has been overwhelming! Some of the comments I’ve received were “that was the best session of the day”, “I never knew that was wellness”, and “what a dynamic speaker”!
